Regular activity has a number of proven, positive health effects, especially on heart health. Vigorous exercise strengthens the heart as a pump, making it a larger, more efficient muscle.

Even moderate activity can boost HDL (‘good’) cholesterol, aid the circulatory system, and lower blood pressure and blood fats. All these effects translate into reduced risk for heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. Exercise can also offer other benefits, including strengthened muscles, increased flexibility, and stronger bones, which can help ward off the bone-thinning condition called osteoporosis. Regular activity also promises mental-health benefits, like relieving stress and anxiety. It can help you sleep better and renew your energy.


Restorative Yoga: This class serves to heal and rejuvenate the body. Gentle physical postures, coupled with the practice of bringing calmness to the mind, provide optimal conditions for a state of

deep relaxation and integration.


Core Yoga: This  class will focus on postures to strengthen and balance core muscles including abdominal and back, and it’s open to all levels. Options and modifications will be given throughout the class to allow each individual to ease back into some posture and/or deepen into others.


Optimal Flow Yoga: This class is a dynamic form of  Yoga where one posture flows to another linked by the breath, building internal and external heat. The postures in this class maximize strength, concentration, and flexibility with focused breath awareness.


Power Yoga:  Helping to lengthen and rebalance tight muscles to prevent injury, this class focuses on building internal and external heat of the body. The aerobic flow of the class improves lung capacity, while an emphasis on strengthening core muscles, including the abdominals, back and glutes, builds  athletic strength.


Kinesis: The KINESIS experience is a revolutionary approach to strength and sport specific training.  The four panel design and unique cables, grips and weight stacks allow for a three dimensional approach to training as well as over 500 different, free-flowing movements.  The movements are easy, natural and unrestrictive while also improving strength, muscular endurance, balance, stability and flexibility. 


Cardio WAVE: Using a unique, multi-planar motion similar to skating or skiing, the CARDIO WAVE will tone and strengthen lower body and core.  The instructor will lead you through a variety of dynamic programs and workout positions, to improve balance, stability and lower body endurance using this brand new approach to cardiovascular training.
